The Dwarves of The Hobbit

This Halloween post from The Weisse Guys blog may be the single most epic cosplay post I have ever seen.  The Weisse family got together with the Burch Jerks and Speier Kids to stage a massive group cosplay of the entire cast of The Hobbit, including the hobbit, the dwarves, the elves, and, yes, even a tiny Smaug. It is quite evident from the photos that a lot of effort and a lot of love went into the costumes, and it looks like a good time was had by all.  Not only am I completely jealous, but I’m also now a lifetime subscriber to The Weisse Guys blog.  Please click through to see all the photos on their blog, they deserve the traffic.

Themyscira: Returning Home

After dreaming about bringing Warrior Wonder Woman to life for years, this shoot at the Palace of Fine Arts feels like the zenith of the project. The setting was perfect, the weather beautiful, and the photographer - Andrew Ho - incredibly talented. I actually felt like an Amazon at home on Themyscira.
